Join Our Presentation on GAC Short-Term Scholarships for 2025-26!
Discover the exciting opportunities offered by Global Affairs Canada (GAC) through their short-term scholarships for inbound exchange and visiting students in the 2025-26 academic year. These scholarships play a crucial role in advancing McMaster University's internationalization efforts, enhancing student mobility, and promoting both Canada and McMaster as premier study destinations. By welcoming these students, we enrich the McMaster community with diverse perspectives and innovative ideas, benefiting our classrooms, discussions, and research projects.
By the end of today's presentation, you will gain comprehensive insights into three GAC scholarships: ELAP, SEED, and SIC. You will learn about the McMaster departments involved in promoting, selecting, and supporting scholarship recipients. Specifically, we will cover the eligibility requirements for each scholarship, the available funding, the distinctions between undergraduate and graduate applicants, and the general timeline for each scholarship.
